Responding in Times of Crisis

Climate-related disasters pose material risks to lives, critical infrastructure and economic continuity, particularly in vulnerable markets. As a digital connectivity provider, we support resilience during these times by maintaining robust network availability and strengthening preparedness capabilities, thus safeguarding essential service continuity while enabling a more effective emergency response by authorities and affected communities

Our actions are underpinned by a structured approach to disaster preparedness, response and recovery, covering risk identification, early warning systems, crisis management plans and regular training. During emergencies, coordinated response mechanisms and clear communication protocols help minimise disruptions, while post-disaster efforts focus on restoring network operations, supporting affected communities and reviewing response effectiveness.
