What is Axiata Internship Programme (AIP)?
AIP is an internship programme that aims to develop young Malaysian students to go through on-the-job experience coupled with essential and leadership skills development throughout the internship placement.
Is Axiata Internship Programme a form of employment?
No, it is not a form of employment.
Will interns be bonded to Axiata Group Berhad upon completion of the programme?
No, interns will not be bonded to Axiata Group Berhad upon completion of the programme.
Will interns gain a permanent placement within the Axiata Group of Companies upon completion of the programme?
Upon successful completion of AIP, interns will not gain any permanent placement within the Axiata Group of Companies. However, they could apply for Axiata Graduate Programme (AGP) to become management trainees which offers permanent placement upon completion.
When will each intake of the begin?
Intake is open throughout the year.
