As Group Chief People Officer of Axiata Group, she leads the Group’s people, culture and organisation agenda, spanning succession planning and talent management, rewards and performance, organisation development, HR governance and operations, culture and engagement, and Axiata’s AI-native organisation ambitions.

Anu brings a distinctive blend of expertise across digital transformation, human capital strategy, sustainability and financial governance. She has held senior leadership roles across global organisations in industries including transportation, oil and gas, infrastructure and financial services, with a career spanning Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. Her leadership experience includes driving large-scale transformation initiatives, digital HR operations across multiple geographies, and people strategies impacting tens of thousands of employees.
