Ritesh Kumar brings more than 30 years of experience in Asia’s telecommunications sector, with a strong track record in business transformation and customer-focused innovation.
Before joining Smart Axiata Co., Ltd as Chief Executive Officer, he held senior leadership positions across regional operators, including Executive Vice President and Circle CEO at Bharti Airtel Limited, Chief Commercial Officer at Veon Bangladesh, and Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Amravati University, Maharashtra, and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
