Dato' Yusof Annuar Yaacob is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He completed his Chartered Institute of Management Accountants professional examination from the London School of Accountancy in 1987. He has had investment banking, corporate management and telecommunication experience throughout his career.
He was the Chief Executive Officer of TM International Sdn Bhd from June 2005 till March 2008. Dato' Yusof is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Celcom Axiata Berhad (formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad). He is also a Board member of a number of companies within the Axiata Group operating internationally, including public listed companies, inter - alia Dialog Telekom Plc (Sri Lanka), PT XL Axiata Tbk. (formerly known as PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk.) (Indonesia), Spice Communications Limited (India) and MobileOne Ltd (Singapore).
